Delar Angus has been raising quality Angus Cattle for over 30 years. We believe that quality outweighs quantity while raising seed stock genetics under a very strict culling program. We have an extensive embryo transplant and A.I. program.
Our goal is to strive to produce quality purebred Black Angus Cattle that meet the standards of commercial and purebred breeders.
OUR STORY
Delar Angus first started in the late 80’s with Larry raising quality Angus cattle and Cutting Horses in Southern Alberta. Throughout his 30 year career he managed local feedlots, consulted and worked in oil and gas. Larry is happily retired and is living the dream being able to concentrate on his cattle herd.
Debbie celebrated 39 years at ATB Financial Picture Butte as a Personal Relationship Manager and together raised 2 children, Lyndsay and Braeden. Lyndsay, married with one son works at the University of Lethbridge and Braeden is presently working in the construction field.
